Welcome to She&Elle of Morocco! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://www.sheandelle.com, and your interactions with our products and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
General Information
She&Elle of Morocco is an online store based in Copenhagen, Denmark, offering authentic handwoven Moroccan rugs and curated home decor. Each item is crafted by Moroccan women artisans using traditional techniques, blending Moroccan heritage with Scandinavian design.
Products
- Our products are handmade, making each piece unique.
- Product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided to the best of our ability. Slight variations in size, color, or pattern may occur due to artisanal production.
- Availability is subject to change, as many rugs are one-of-a-kind.
Orders and Payments
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
- Payment options:
- Credit/debit card via Stripe: Secure online payments accepted at checkout.
- Cash on pickup/delivery: For customers in Copenhagen, cash payment is available when collecting or receiving the rug.
- For made-to-order or custom rugs, payment must be received in advance to begin production.
- All payments are processed in Danish kroner (DKK) unless otherwise stated.
Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
- Pickup: Customers may collect orders at Alliancevej, Copenhagen.
- Delivery area: Denmark, Sweden, and Germany.
- Shipping costs:
- Denmark: Free shipping for orders above 5,000 DKK. A flat-rate of 300 DKK applies to smaller orders.
- Sweden & Germany: Flat-rate fees shown at checkout.
- Delivery time: In-stock rugs typically ship within 7–14 business days. Custom rugs require additional production time, which will be confirmed when ordering.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.
Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds
- Customers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive the product.
- To exercise this right, notify us in writing at info@sheandelle.com within 14 days.
- Rugs must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the rug is defective or incorrect.
- Exemptions: Custom or made-to-order rugs are excluded from the withdrawal right.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after the rug is received back.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at info@sheandelle.com with photos and order details.
- We will cover return costs and issue a replacement or refund in such cases.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of She&Elle of Morocco. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited without prior written consent.
